As a creator who ultimately wants his work shared and consumed, I've always been frustrated by how petty and unhelpful copyright law is in spite of how well-intended it may originally have been; that we've lost so much greatness along the way makes me sad.

Additionally, in an age when have the tech and the tools and we really should (collectively) know better it absolutely blows my mind that there are authors whose content I cannot legally purchase due of regional licensing nonsense.
