Python-JOSE: Encoding And Decoding JWT Tokens For RS256

And generating and reading a RS256 key-pair along the way

We’re using the Python-JOSE* package to decode JWT tokens** that we’re getting from a third-party authentication service. I wanted to be able to use valid, signed tokens for testing without needing to authenticate externally.
