Great article! As a developer and consumer, it fascinates me that so many people are willing to throw in with Google's infrastructure (cloud, in particular) in spite of their history. Aside from them openly Doing A Fair Amount Of Evil, investing in platform-specific development for their services just seems a lot like playing with fire... or maybe it's more like Russian roulette.
