For vegans, a good source of omega3 is milled/ground flax seed. It can be used to make fluffy vegan pancakes, and nobody needs a better excuse for regular pancakes than "I have to for my health"!

Amusingly, the fad of putting whole flax seeds into breads and such is just show, because the whole seeds apparently just pass straight through us :P
