Every article I've read about Twitter falling apart has painted a grim picture of yet another big company that has consistently undervalued the importance of quality software.

Whether Elon Musk understands the finer details of software development or not, it looks like he bought a massive, ticking time-bomb and I'd be very surprised if there were many Twitter engineers (laid off or still hanging on) who weren't fully aware of this.
