Don't you think there's a relationship between this and the fact that American corporates don't pay their taxes? I feel like in an alternative universe where they did, that tax money could easily have bankrolled the stimulus checks and nobody would have needed to print anything.

I can't help taking that thought one step further and wondering if corporate tax wouldn't be sufficient to bankroll UBI...
